National Photography Month

In 1987, the United States Congress under President Ronald Reagan officially recognized May as National Photography Month. It is a time to celebrate the invention of this incredible and powerful means of communication and to promote the interest, appreciation and participation in photography by all levels of photographers throughout all genres.
