March 8th
National Peanut Cluster Day

A peanut cluster is a candy made with peanuts and a sweet binder, usually chocolate or caramel. The peanuts are mixed with the binder and then dropped onto a baking sheet or into a candy mold to set. Once cooled and hardened, the peanut clusters are ready to be eaten as a sweet and crunchy snack. Peanut clusters can be made with various types of nuts or additional ingredients, such as coconut or pretzels, depending on personal preference. They are often enjoyed around the holidays and can be purchased pre-made or made at home with a simple recipe.
